REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Basetrendy, we stand behind our products with The Basetrendy Guarantee. If your item arrives defective, is the wrong size, or isn't what you expected, we will make it right.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, exchange, or refund.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN To start a return, please contact our support team at support@basetrendy.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Do not send items back without authorization. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item (e.g., wrong design, wrong size sent by us), contact us immediately with photo evidence.

  • Return Shipping for Defects: We will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and send you a prepaid return shipping label, or simply send a free replacement without requiring a return.

4. SIZING ISSUES & BUYER'S REMORSE Since our items are made-to-order, we highly encourage checking our Size Guide before purchasing. However, under The Basetrendy Guarantee, if you order the wrong size or simply change your mind:

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees (No restocking fee).

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

6. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original, unworn condition.

7. REFUNDS PROCESS We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (typically 3-5 additional business days).
